FAQs

What Products are used to clean different surfaces?

For exterior window cleaning, we often use 100% pure water produced through our custom-built reverse osmosis system for a spot-free, streak-free finish.

For internal traditional window cleaning, we use professional environmentally friendly, ammonia-free detergent

For high-pressure cleaning and soft washing, the cleaning method and products used depend on the surface and what needs to be removed. Where required, we may use professional cleaning treatments, including SH-based solutions and surfactants, to help break down mould, algae, grime and organic build-up. We always assess the surface first and discuss the best approach with the client.

How high can you reach?

For external windows, we can reach 14 metres or 4 stories high.

For internal windows, we can clean up to 12 metres high.

How often should I get a clean?

Cleaning frequency depends on the Type of Clean required, property type, location, exposure to salt, weather, traffic and presentation standards. Restaurants, cafés, shopfronts and high-traffic commercial sites often benefit from fortnightly or monthly window cleaning, while larger and exterior cleaning such as solar panel, soft washing and pressure cleaning is commonly scheduled annually or twice yearly. We can assess your property and recommend a practical cleaning schedule

What are some of the benefits to having a window, solar panel, pressure and or softwash clean?

Regular exterior cleaning helps improve the appearance of your property, maintain clearer windows, support solar panel performance and remove build-up such as salt, dirt, mould, algae and grime before it becomes harder to clean. It also helps protect surfaces and keeps your property looking professionally maintained.

What areas do we Cover?

Rain doesn’t dirty your clean windows.
